With a fresh Master's of Science in Urban Planning and Community Development from UMASS Boston, my journey has been marked by a commitment to crafting sustainable and inclusive urban environments. The past year has been pivotal; I've worked with a great team at UMASS on making recommendations for Boston's Pipeline for Youth of Color in Urban Planning Program, ensuring historically disinvested communities have a voice in city development.Previously, I supported the innovative and influential work of CDA Collaborative as a Program and Communications Associate. I helped produce and publish books and practitioner training manuals, organized and participated in a consortia-wide consultation in Nepal, assisted in data collection and analysis for a meta-evaluation, and took active parts in our organizational strategic planning processes.I look forward to using my stakeholder engagement, program development, and program management skills to help improve the quality of life for all in Greater Boston
