Program Administration & ManagementProvides leadership and oversight for implementation of the First Year Experience (FYE) Program, including learning communities and first year programs, with a concentrated focus on improving success for provisionally admitted student groups.Works closely with the Executive Director of Retention Initiatives to advance college priorities for improved student persistence and a transformed first-year experience.Coordinates, supervises and evaluates the teaching of multiple three credit hour First Year Experience courses designed to aid students in building academic competencies and increase major exploration.
