Developed customer service skills and offered assistance to the customers. The responsibilities I carried out as H&M employee were to stock the shelves and racks with merchandise and pricing the merchandise correctly. I helped the customers to find products, process their payments and returns and handle customer complaints. In terms of teamwork, I was willing to learn new things with other employees and work together to get the job done. I was taught to follow the policies and procedures set by H&M to ensure personal safety while performing my duties.
