My career in education began as a public school teacher in Miami-Dade. Since, my career has taken many forms. I have been a classroom teacher as well as an adult educator for 10+ years. I have written curricula for smaller non-profits as well as large, for-profit curriculum powerhouses. My work has helped develop new education startups, operationalized post-secondary scholarships, and helped develop first- and second-year teachers in the areas of classroom instruction and culture. My experience ranges from K to post-secondary with a specialization in the primary grades. As my career develops, my goal is to continue to use my experience and knowledge to advance educational efforts in Miami. Education is my passion and I believe in its power.
