As a Wild Animal Keeper at New York Aquarium, I have been caring for and educating the public about a diverse range of marine animals for over six years. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Biology and a minor in Business Management from University of New Haven, which equipped me with the scientific knowledge and the organizational skills to perform my role effectively. I have also earned multiple certifications in project leadership and management from Cornell University and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, which enhanced my ability to plan, execute, and evaluate various projects and initiatives at the aquarium. Some of my achievements include designing and delivering engaging animal demonstrations, collaborating with other departments to improve animal welfare and conservation efforts, and receiving a city council citation for exemplary service to the community. My core competencies include attention to detail, diversity, and creative ideation, which reflect my passion for learning, respecting, and innovating in the field of marine biology.
