Oversaw field operations and ensured compliance with corporate directives to successfully launch and close 80company-owned seasonal office locations for income tax filing services. Consolidated order fulfillment processes and monitored order distribution throughout 80 locations. Managed P&Lreporting and demonstrated a savings of 25% on P&L reports from previous Tax Season. Remodeled 25 locations and oversaw all processes starting with obtaining building permits to reviewing plans andconstruction management.
