This includes providing technical and functional support in all areas of ERP/CRM such as: data mapping and migration, system administration and support, system testing, customization development, documentation, and user training. Key contributor in NetSuite implementation of OneWorld.Ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of ESET's Enterprise Resource Planning software (NetSuite) and other integrated applications (Salesforce, Eloqua, Syntellect). This includes providing technical and functional support in all areas of ERP such as: system administration and support, problem resolution, system testing, customization development and user training. Retrieve and analyze data using ERP reporting engine as well as Microsoft SQL tools.Lead the global Data Quality project, the #1 ESET initiative in 2017, which ensures the integrity of data and integration between NetSuite and the Dexter licensing engine. Serve as subject matter expert in North America to collaborate with Headquarters and Canada, APAC, and Latin American subsidiaries to provide detailed analysis of both technical and financial data on a monthly basis. Establish requirements and guidelines, and manage system/custom app Data Quality updates.
