I am passionate about nourishing the body inside and out and have always been drawn to helping people in all aspects of life, especially regarding sports and nutrition. After completing my Masters in Chiropractic, alongside a Sports Massage qualification, I have further trained in Acupuncture, Activator, Webster, Thompson and Sacro-Occipital Techniques.I've always been inspired to help clients achieve optimal health and function by accomplishing their goals.
