Current- Created and implemented the BOWR (Bang Out with Rubies) academic strategy for the science department, 6 coachees, benefiting ~800 students by enhancing their ability to process and respond to complex questions. BOWR contributed to a 45% increase in the science department's EOC performance and a 5% improvement in intervention student outcomes, SPED, ELL, RTI, and 504 learners.- Led the intervention department (SPED, 504, RTI) by supporting 4 coachees and 68 students, implementing strategies that ensured district compliance with 14% increase on-time ARDs and paperwork remaining 100% complaint through weekly meetings. Collaborated closely with team members to monitor progress, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of educational support and documentation.- Leading 7th and 8th grades with 258 scholars and 8 teachers, implementing PBIS systems for behavior management and fostering parent engagement through town hall meetings and weekly newsletters.
