Role Overview: Responsible to develop and maintain the relationship with customers to ensure continuity of service with each account for all terminals by understanding the business and bring out the outcome that customers want from the service company provide. Also responsible for risk management for each account by analyzing profit and cost with the risk.

• Tracks and monitors service failure and daily performance of each position
