All my life I have had a strong passion for creating a strong team as I feel that is the root and source of all successful businesses. As I myself have worked in several teams in my life, I know that the outcome always comes out the best and easiest when the team works great together. I have dedicated my career to become one of those people who manage those teams, who help the team keep growing and improving, and creating environments that every single person is happy to come into everyday. I’m a hardworking student and employee always managing and balancing my school and work life. I am currently a sales associate at a clothing retail stores called Carters and am working my way up to become a manager to which correlates with my major. At California Polytechnic University of Pomona, I am currently a second year studying Business Administration, Management and Human Resources. I have a strong passion for helping others around and creating a strong connection with my co workers at work as I feel that all businesses can best thrive as a team. I feel as though human resource specialists are the people who help create those environments and I want to dedicate my career to being apart of that huge improvement in businesses. Times where I really out showed my team work, management, people-connecting skills was when I was captain of a team for 4 years, Several positions in my sorority Sigma Kappa, and a couple sales associate jobs at retail and food places.
