Started freelancing long term for a lovely client, after doing odd jobs for a family member over the last couple of years. This is on the side of my current role, designing printed promotional materials for orchestra concerts.

Employed as a Template Design Engineer, building email signature templates and, troubleshooting issues for a range of clientele world wide. Offering support and advice on best practices and many known issues with mobile devices and mail clients in use today. Also, organising meetings to run internal training sessions to ensure new starters and current team members are up to speed on the knowledge to trouble shoot template issues successfully. Marketing have asked me on a few occasions to assist in some work while our in house graphic designer is away, and reviewing articles written by our Technical Author.Other things to note is creating a course for our partner network to learn everything they need to know about template design and troubleshooting. I have also been honoured to speak at the Exclaimer Summit 2021 about designing the perfect email signature template. Trained in Emergency First Aid in the Work Place, to become a qualified First Aider.
