In this role, I ideated projects and initiatives for Nee Soon South CC and Advisors' Alliance Group's social impact arm. Through this internship, I gained exposure to social issues in Singapore through on-the-ground interactions as well as gleaned valuable insights into the considerations behind corporate social responsibility. Key responsibilities: • Worked closely with Nee Soon South CC and other grassroot leaders in order to develop community development projects, principled on the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) framework. • Developed social media strategy proposals in alignment with corporate social responsibility aims, while keeping in-mind the dynamic of industry risks and considerations.• Analyzed and applied emerging trends and results gleaned from on-the-ground ethnographic surveys into developing community development visions and roadmaps.• Presented various community development proposals to a myriad of stakeholders, including grassroot leaders, MPs, and corporate leaders.

• Oversaw the running of the Society as the Head of the Committee - including: delegating duties, overseeing and supporting fellow members in their roles.• Led the setting of the direction, aims and objectives of the Society and ensured the successful execution of these goals as well as other key events.• Liaised with external and internal stakeholders as the Society representative, while keeping the aims of the Society in mind.Other achievements: • Developed and facilitated virtual workout programs to engage the student body and encourage social bonding when physical training was suspended during circuit breaker. • Represented the Club by performing at festivals (Student Life Fair, Japanese Cultural Festival), which contributed to Club publicity.
