• Responsible for global BU strategy, report to Strategy & Marketing VP• Lead miscellaneous strategy project by cross functional working with sales, product managers, corporate strategy team, including Account strategy for Chinese smartphone OEMs, Samsung, etc, (analyze the account trend, our own situation, issues and strength, and future development strategy) Channel strategy: identify proper trading partner and suitable products, as well as supporting systems Product strategy: based on product’s technology trend, competitive situation, profitability, etc to develop portfolio and go to market strategy Regional market study: regional market forecast, segmentation analysis to design regional resource plan and go to market strategy• Develop market sizing model, which can both size the market from application perspective and from product perspective, which built the solid foundation for strategy work • Support BU in Quarterly Business Review and Investor Relationship report • Was recognized as top performer, and granted TE shares as additional bonus • Profound understanding on the consumer devices market, data center and telecom market• Develop strategy marketing team from single person to 3-member team• Increase the impact of the strategy marketing team by setting up regular market communication and sharing mechanism, better/deeper involved in the business discussions with product managers and sales
