Current- Assisting the CEO and Directors with organizational, financial, personal administrations on daily basis, and coordinating the Directors’ business trips, external meetings, and global & domestic travel itineraries;
- Managed procurements and Petty Cash of 2 legal entities in the Company;
- Managed office general affairs including internal parking, entertainment gifts, office supplies, incoming and outgoing documents, Company billboard along with its advertisement tax, etc;
- Led and managed multiple projects, events, and initiatives simultaneously such as Office Construction, Office Relocation, Brand Launching, End-Year & Christmas Dinners, CNY Event, Iftar Dinner, etc;
- Assisted the HR in arranging, scheduling, and leading online & on-site interviews and tests; and
- Supported IT team as there was no delegated IT support locally for internal IT issues including rebuilding laptops, replacing Wi-Fis, assisting server maintenance, and maintaining the MFC, video conference set, CCTV.
