Credentials Evaluation Analyst
Current• Maintains accurate records of all credentialing activities.• Tracks and manages status of credentialing files throughout lifecycle to ensure documentation and information is in accordance with CPC policy and procedure, Joint Commission Standards, State and Federal Regulatory Regulations prior to being presented at committee.• Facilitates meetings with inter-departmental teams to discuss progress, brainstorm solutions for challenges, and develop action items to create a better experience for practitioners.• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure successful completion of projects.• Manages competing demands, adapting to frequent change, hard deadlines or unexpected events to meet departmental and organizational need.• Utilizes critical thinking and effective communication skills to resolve file issues in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of professionalism, responsibility, accountability and ethical behavior.• Reviewed medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.• Audited data to drive consistency, accuracy and compliance.• Resolved conflicts between departments related to provider credentialing issues quickly and effectively
