Finance roles and responsibilities established and recruited.Established Group reporting system.Selected and implemented ERP system.Cash and working capital optimisation.Implemented the full reporting and forecasting suite.Tax review and optimisation through liaison with auditors.Know-how transfer to the Finance team.Project team member for Finance, evaluating and realising the acquisition of a local manufacturer end 2013.
