This includes designing and enhancing infrastructure by elevating strategic talent sourcing as an embedded COE model and innovating market intelligence strategies. I have built and re-designed many recruitment and sourcing teams both regionally and globally to optimize productive drivers and enhance operational practices. This includes building and leading agile recruitment teams, strategic sourcing functions, ERGs, COE infrastructure and more.My passion is to drive operational TA efficiencies, enrich culture & engagement, innovate TA tech stack, boost EVP & talent attraction channels, and optimize market intelligence strategies to support driving qualitative and quantitative outcomes and solutions. I also thoroughly enjoy developing talent learning and development programs and supporting ERG/BRG initiatives. I’m a hands-on leader who loves to mentor, coach and challenge others, as I do myself, to strive to become better versions of ourselves everyday.
