I have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and an associate's degree in Accounting from Central Texas College. I have strong skills in administration, human resources, spreadsheets, and compliance, and I am proficient in using various software tools and systems. I am passionate about helping employees and managers with their HR needs, such as recruitment, training, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.
