Setting up dessert displays in a variety of venues with an innovative eye for visual appeal.- Creating dessert recipes and producing final product for competition, using ingredients on hand.- Preparing mousse, yeast bread, quick bread, pie, cake, cupcakes in volume without compromising quality or design.SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE- Meeting with customers to determine their needs, consulting on design, ingredients, timeframe and pricing to prepare orders for production.- Acting as cashier and merchandiser, including replying to telephone inquiries about product. - Maintaining sales logs and reporting daily.
