Current• Display developed customer service skills by greeting between 25-115 guests per shift and appointing them to a designated table.• Interact with between 25-115 guests per shift, to provide a stellar dining experience, by ensuring that their meals are probably prepared, and any other needs are adequately met. • Engage in the act of multitasking, by serving up to 35 guests at a time, balancing greeting the guest at the front of the restaurant, taking out the correct orders to the guest, and managing the upkeep of the restaurant. (i.e. cleanliness of the tables, the expo window, and the upkeep of the restrooms)• Deal with 1-2 conflicting situations per shift, where there might be an issue with the guest or staff. Depending on the situation, determining if I can handle it on my own or if a higher authority should get involved.
