• Display customer services skills by greeting guest in the theaters, distributing menus, and delivering the server spill to up to 12 people per theater, to make sure guest understand the concept of the in-theater dining experience.• Showcase the ability to multitask by stocking server stations with the required utensils, delivering guests their correct orders, and correcting incorrect orders all within the duration of a movie.• Coaching 1-3 SIT (severs in training) monthly, on all the correct protocol. (i.e. greeting the guest, giving the proper server spill, and dealing with unsatisfied guests or staff)
