🌍 My journey into the tourism industry began in 2005, working as a ground hostess for Italy's leading cruise company, MSC Cruises. In 2009, I started working as a tour leader on buses in Naples, guiding visitors through the city. In 2013, I obtained my official tour leader license, certified by the Ministry of Tourism, and began working with Worldtours Italy as a tour leader. During the winter season, I expanded my role, working as a travel designer and sales agent.🎓 In 2018, I earned my tour guide license after rigorous exams in archaeology, art history, cultural heritage, tourism geography, and ancient history. Today, I balance two roles: I am a freelance tour guide with my own VAT number, and I also serve as the Commercial Director and Tour Designer at Worldtours.🇮🇹🇦🇹 Being half Italian and half Austrian has given me an early appreciation for cultural diversity, which I bring into my work. I am fluent in English and German, with a good understanding of French and Spanish from my studies in high school.📚 My passion for history and art has been a driving force in my career, allowing me to grow within the tourism sector of the Campania region. After years of experience with local operators, I now specialize in creating tailored tours that ensure high-quality, memorable experiences. Building strong relationships with local providers and partners is essential to delivering exceptional service.🚀 Tourism is an ever-evolving field, and staying informed and adaptable is key to creating fresh experiences each year. I believe a clear and engaging online presence is crucial for connecting with a global audience, making web reputation absolutely essential.🌟 My strengths include creativity, practicality, open-mindedness, teamwork, and adaptability.✈️ My dream? To explore as many countries as possible, as travel fosters understanding and respect for diverse perspectives.
