Oversees store operations and profitability. Supported the Store Manager in all facets of store operations including ensuring that the store staff provides friendly, open and enthusiastic customer service, in person and on the phone.Supervise up to 5 or more team members by planning, organizing, and delegating work.

Assists Management team in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, merchandise presentation, customer service, and operational functions within the store including opening and closing the store according to H&M guidelines. Ensure Store Operations best practices are followed by helicoptering the sales floor, maintaining cash point lines, garment care and fitting room go backs throughout the day to deliver the Best Customer Experience. Ensure H&M Customer Service standards are delivered at all times through active coaching of Sales Advisors and leading by example.Assigned overall store responsibility in absence of Store Manager or Department Manager when opening or closing store.Assists the management team with the training and developing of sales advisors on the operational side of the business by following up on clear goals and providing timely feedback.

Actively work with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising per H&M guidelines, to maximize selling opportunities.Ring on the register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise.Execute reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines.Utilize established H&M policies and procedures to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store and partner with store management as needed.
