As a prior business owner and a certified life coach, I combine my passion for amazing customer service with my business skills and passion in helping people achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives. I have over a decade of experience in the customer service field, working with various businesses and clients to create a positive and memorable experience for everyone involved.I graduated from IAP Career College with a life coach degree in October 2022 while my wife was away on navy orders! Since, I have been working as a certified life coach, meeting amazing individuals and helping them dial into their strengths and aspirations and setting goals to work towards meeting those aspirations! I also own and operate Blonde and Balayaged, a salon that offers high-quality hair and beauty services, where I apply my customer care, client experience, and bookkeeping skills. I am always eager to learn new things, eager and enthusiastic to begin any new day and to grow as a professional! As I change careers a bit now solely specializing in customer care in a remote or onsite customer care position I look forward to learning about your business!
