Briefing - Led strategy and cross-functional creative briefing to launch products and campaigns for subscription products, frozen food, and CPG.Production Design - Worked on retail packaging campaigns, shooting content, contributing to creative output of launches. Scaling Production/Output - Executed multiple photo shoots with intricate details and timelines, while communicating with many departments, resulting in an average output of 128 images per month for the Bokksu rebrand. Worked with e-commerce teams to launch products on a weekly basis. Directing - Directed shoots, sourced, and styled props, edited images, and designed lighting and set for shoots, which produced 55 varieties of print and digital assets each month.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Unified goals and visions between design, e-commerce, and marketing teams by streamlining creative processes and effectively communicating aesthetic and technical challenges.
