Following my tenure at the estate, I rejoined my previous yacht as Chief Stewardess, leading a skilled team of four within the interior department. Central to my role is ensuring impeccable standards of luxury hospitality are exceeded through meticulous interviewing, hiring, and continuous training of personnel.I orchestrate the seamless operation of the vessel's interior, overseeing formal meal service, maintaining rigorous housekeeping standards, and planning events and formal celebrations. Amidst the demanding schedules that yachting requires, I prioritize fostering team morale and motivation. am entrusted with provisioning for both crew and guest needs, often navigating logistical challenges to procure food and other items, even in remote locations all over the world through close collaboration with agents and suppliers.During periods without guests, my focus shifts to comprehensive project management. I meticulously assess the yacht's requirements, devise and execute plans, budgets, and contractor engagements to uphold its high-end amenities and finishes. I maintain exhaustive inventories of all onboard resources to facilitate efficient operations.

This live-in role encompassed a diverse range of tasks, including maintenance, security, and overall smooth operation of a multi building 6 acre estate and a 72' yacht. On the residences interior, I was solely responsible for housekeeping, laundry, closet maintenance, bartending, deep cleaning projects, and organization. This was a role that required forward thinking, and the ability to determine the needs of the property and plan accordingly. There were always many odd jobs to be done, such as the refinishing of wooden benches, repainting the pond bottoms, or provisioning for the next event.I identified the needs of the property, and coordinated with external service providers for specialized maintenance services.

During this time, I worked my way up through the interior ranks of various prestigious private yachts, moving between the Caribbean and Mediterranean seas. Yachting is the epitome of luxury, and as crew we did everything in our power to provide high net worth individuals with the best hospitality in the world.With guests onboard, the team of stewardesses is responsible for everything on the interior of the yacht, including housekeeping, laundry, meal service (encompassing a variety of formal service styles), floral arranging, wardrobe management, party planning, supply provisioning, and bartending. The attention to detail necessary to work on board a yacht is second to none. Everything is always done to absolute perfection, and you anticipate the guests needs before they have to ask for it. With no guests on board, we shift into maintenance mode. This can be a short period of time while we wait for guests to come back, or it can be many months, where large maintenance projects and renovations of the yacht are completed. During these shipyard periods, I would be involved withinventory maintenance, budget spreadsheets, timeline planners, managing contractors, and specialprojects.

Conduct on-the-job training for new baristas and provide ongoing coaching for existing team members.
