Hello, I’m Jasmine, I’m a boy mom, and currently, I am a Doctoral Student in the newly established Engineering Education Doctoral Program at UF where I will research Mentorship Relationship Dynamics in Engineering from the perspectives of undergraduate and graduate students within various STEM related departments. This work focuses on understanding how each of these groups perceives the mentor-mentee relationship dynamic, understanding how they were mentored as mentees, and the latter’s influence on how they currently approach mentor-mentee relationships.
