I have been working in archives and libraries since 2013, prior to this I worked in business development and information services - something that prepared me for the dexterity required in balancing the research, curatorial, cataloguing, outreach and project management skills necessary for collections work. I enjoy managing multifaceted projects, developing policies and standards and collaborating across disciplines.
