Jasmine is a part of the Guest Services Team at Eden Michele Salon. In this dual role, Jasmine acts as a receptionist and Instagram Coordinator for the salon. As a receptionist, Jasmine is responsible for scheduling, answering phones, organizing, and participating in events to build community, boosting brand awareness, upholding customer service standards, and completing inventory. In addition to these responsibilities, as the salon’s Instagram Coordinator, Jasmine creates and implements social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies, designs monthly content calendars, constructs marketing email campaigns, creates compelling imagery and video content (Instagram Reels, Stories, and graphics/copy for feed), and reports social analytics to her team.

At KMS Media Solutions, Jasmine was responsible for overseeing content presented on social media pages, blogs, and other digital and advertising channels for three to six different clients at a time. This task included creating, editing, posting, updating, and occasionally cleaning up outdated content for various Facebook and Instagram accounts for clients. In this role, Jasmine had the opportunity to work with Cohley and recruited influencers for multiple social media campaigns to receive photo assets, reviews, and other relevant influencer-based content for the brands she represented. ​

Jasmine managed Plato’s Closet’s Instagram account while also serving as a keyholder. Her role included providing engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts, conducting online sales, and social campaign management in addition to store management, employee training, customer service, and retail sales.

At Kautiva, Jasmine was responsible for growing and managing client social media accounts from scratch, specifically by building brand-consumer relations via increased engagement and content creation under strict brand guidelines. Her accomplishments in this role include:- Increased weekly profile views by 50%- Increased social media following by 60% via Instagram- Maintained a cohesive brand image for clients- Assisted social team in the creation and execution of two socialmedia campaigns that resulted in a 30% in revenue

Jasmine was an active member of the PINK Campus Street Team at UF during the spring semester of 2019. During her role, she assisted Campus Reps in increasing brand awareness for Victoria Secret PINK among the UF population through a variety of campaigns and events across the campus/community.

As manager of the Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and Twitter accounts for the sorority, Jasmine was personally responsible for all daily postings and interactions across platforms. Additionally, she worked to completely rebrand and maintain the organization's online presence via these interactions and content creation/curation. In this position, Jasmine actively collaborated with other chair departments to create social media content that promoted events, assisted fundraising efforts, and contributed to the online storytelling of the growth of Delta Nu Zeta at UF.

Jasmine personally oversaw weekly content from 20+ content creators while conceptualizing editorial boards and conferencing with her team on a bi-weekly basis. In this position, Jasmine also worked to assist in generating new social media content, on Instagram and Facebook, for the UF brand in order to increase overall brand awareness and article views/shares.

Jasmine composed and published articles, on a weekly basis, consisting of topics of her choosing to build engagement with and connect to the community at the University of Florida and beyond. These articles were often based on personal reflection, relationships, humor, and/or college life.

In this position, Jasmine generated and promoted content relating to pop culture and student life at the University of Florida. She aimed to connect to the student body and increase brand awareness for The Black Sheep at UF by producing cutting-edge and humorous content through embodying The Black Sheep voice across multiple social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
