Jasmine is a Project Manager for Safety and Quality within Boeing Global Services (BGS) in St. Louis. She was previously in the Business Skills Rotational Program (BSRP) and worked as a Contracts Representative for P-8 and C-40A in Boeing Global Services for her first rotation and then transitioned to her second rotation where, she worked as an Estimator in BCA Supply Chain Finance Strategy. For her third rotation, she worked as a Financial Operations Analyst within Boeing Defence UK as an expatriate in Bristol, UK. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) where she dual majored in International Business and Marketing with a minor in Spanish and earned a certificate from the Pierre Laclede Honors College. Jasmine joined Boeing after her freshmen year in college as a summer intern in the Future Leaders in Thought and Experience (FLITE) Program in St. Louis. Her first rotation was in International Tankers, Contracts and Pricing. Upon completion of the summer internship, Jasmine transitioned to the Part-Time Finance Internship Program where she worked year-round while completing her undergraduate degree. She has since completed roles in GS&S Estimating and Pricing, Procurement (FA-18, F-15 and Weapons), 777X Integrated Scheduling/Program Management, 777X Financial Operations and HorizonX. She previously served on the 2016 St. Louis REACH Leadership Communications Team, REACH Enterprise International Expansion Lead, REACH Enterprise Community Involvement Cross Site Lead, ACES Community Committee, UMSL and Boeing Finance Focus Team and President of the 2016 St. Louis Intern Advisory Board. She served four years as a FLITE Internship Coordinator on the FLITE Leadership Team, and served as the Puget Sound BSRP President for two consecutive years. She is huge advocate for continuous learning and received her Negotiation Certification at the University of Notre Dame in June 2019 and a certificate in Change Management from Michigan State University in December 2019. In October 2021, she continued her education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in the Influence and Negotiation Strategies Program. Starting in January 2022, she will begin her studies at the University of Notre Dame with the Masters of Science in Business Analytics program. In her spare time, she enjoys hot yoga, traveling and painting.
