Export Sales Assistant
Current- Following all tasks/requirements related to the new products/sample development (upholstery chairs/dining tables/etc., for example) and cooperating with the Research and Development team to support domestic and international customers.- Following up on the PO receiving/requested ship date, controlling the materials in stock before raising orders to purchase fabric/other raw materials to manage the balance at the factory warehouse and minimize the quantity/MOQ with Chinese suppliers.- Cooperating with sales team members to build a customer database, control, follow up, and maintain existing customer relationships.- Cooperating with other departments to prepare the shipping documents, settle the pending payments, etc. and complete the delivery procedure on time.- Supporting the Sales Manager to create a sales/marketing plan for the upcoming months and even years by analyzing the market/joining the local trademark/following the changes related to the product specialties own.- Supporting the customers to deal with the problems occurring during the sampling development/PO receiving/shipping/after shipping or other raising issues.
