About Jasmine Washington

As a woman in sports, it is my dream to work with teams to tell their stories and provide more than just numbers and stats that are attributed to an athlete or a team. Athletes are more than just the number of goals, sacks and three pointers they make. They are more than just their physical ability. Underneath that jersey, there is a bigger story to tell and that is what I aspire to do in addition to sharing their athletic success. My ability to work with different sports (lacrosse, field hockey, track and field, basketball and football) highlights my ability to adapt and learn about the game in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple responsibilities at once. My passion for developing creative content flows into the sports industry. After graduation I would like an opportunity to dedicate my time working with sports teams and showcase its accomplishments.Specialties: Event planning, public speaking, social media, graphic/web design, writing
