- Troubleshoots technical issues for customers personal devices; evaluates concerns and issues, identifies and deploys solutions, and helps customers with troubleshooting steps.- Learns details of protect home and other product offerings to sell to customers confidently.- Communicates company policies and procedures to customers.- Meets metrics for call measurements and sales goals; receives feedback/coaching/training from the management team including Trainers, Quality Analysts, etc.- Utilizes call center technology to input, track, and report customer issues.- Navigates company software programs, uses web-based search engines, and troubleshoots customer issues.- Understands the latest bugs and solutions in newly released hardware and/or operating systems to provide exceptional, knowledgeable service.

- Ensures proper accessioning and labeling of all tissue samples.- Processes paperwork associated with accessioning and reporting.- Inputs requisition data in a timely and accurate manner into the Laboratory Information System; complies with or assists in the compilation of statistical information for special reports.- Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet and file maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve information as requested or otherwise necessary, and summarizes data in preparation of standardized reports.- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations.- Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.- Performs all assigned clerical duties associated with the section and the Histology laboratory.- Disposes of bio-hazardous material and chemical waste.

- Addresses all inbound channels of guest feedback, typically phone calls and email.- Initiates outbound communication to guests for resolution in the approved call sequence.- Assists internal store team members with loyalty questions and feedback.- Maintains guest loyalty accounts by adding points or reissuing rewards as needed.- Responds to credit card disputes and handles all research related to ticket retrieval requests and charge-back notifications.- Documents all communication.
