Ecomm Website Redesign. (Motion: launched June 2021)- Responsive re-design focusing on showcasing products and service expertise for the largest mobility service provider in Canada- Performed stakeholder/user interviews during the discovery phase to deeply understand the personas and their current experiences. This culminated in creating 3 personas & user journeys that was used as anchoring documents- Created site architecture and multiple user flows optimized to solve for user and business needs- Wireframed & prototyped(desktop and mobile) on Figma, ensuring that all UX decisions laddered back to the insights that came out of discovery - Prototypes were created on Invision and in Figma in order to illustrate the interactive elements- Conducted usability testing on all designed flows to validate the efficacy of pages, and identify any areas of improvement before the team progressed into final designs and development- Worked closely and collaboratively with strategy and development team to ensure content migration and design outputs are aligned and seamlessly moved through the project phasesDashboard Design.- Designed a functional dashboard that aims to bring better operations to data science, Machine Learning and AI in the financial services sector, and a optimized platform that helps speed up the data science process for banks, create risk models for lending etc. - Performed stakeholder interviews, audit of the existing experience and competitive landscape, and facilitated co-creation and brainstorming sessions with the client team to ideate and align on expectations - Mapped out user flows pertaining to the various tasks that each user role/type would go through- Created prototypes and wireframes, built new UI library, and three experience flows: data scientists project, developer review of documentation, and admin loginAdditional projects:- Green P website redesign (launched Jan. 2022)- Chatbot discovery and design- Internal employee dashboard

Oversee all fleet environmental and safety compliance matters including:- full analysis and compilation of all technical specifications, emissions test data and other supporting documentation in the annual GHG emission reporting of all light duty/heavy duty vehicles, required by Environment Canada and the province of Quebec. - Performing full calculations and analysis of fuel economy and greenhouse gas emissions testing data - Managing the calculation and analysis of our CO2 credit for fleet forecasting and optimizing the usage of credits to maintain a compliant fleet in Canada (Regulated by Environment Canada). This is critical in ensuring the company is able to run its business through new vehicle importation. - Managing and communicating certification status for all vehicle variants in incoming model year to interested parties.2. Responsible for all inquiries and documentation regarding vehicle importation/exportation to the U.S. and beyond. Worked collaboratively with the in-house technical team to develop a website that simplified the request for import/export documentation from Mercedes-Benz Canada, that also included an education/FAQ centre for customers to learn about the import/export process and what’s required of them. 3. Led a team of four in designing and prototyping a new customer loyalty program that is gifted to returning owners of Mercedes-Benz vehicles through a customized 3D-printed model cars gift service for lead generation & customer retention4. Represent company's involvement in environmental stewardship programs with trade association working group to ensure Mercedes-Benz is kept and kept abreast of developments in relevant federal environmental regulations.5. Coordinated quality service measures at the vehicle processing center to ensure all incoming new vehicles have all outstanding service/quality repairs completed before their delivery to the Canadian dealer network.

Led the research in the efficacy of hydrogen adsorption onto metal-decorated graphene sheets for renewable energy storage, through computational and analytical methods. Research included the analysis of chemical bonding of C-C bonds in pristine graphene structures and its ability to adsorb hydrogen atoms temporarily through Van Der Waal's forces Further research was then performed to improve the efficacy of hydrogen adsorption on graphene based surfaces by inclusion surface defects, such as vacancies and grain boundaries, as well as deposition of metals (Li, Ca, Ni, and Pb). Such changes on the graphene structure greatly changes the energy potential/adsorption potential of the hydrogen atoms.All molecular structures in the computational analysis was modeled through the density functional theory through the Quantum ESPRESSO software package. Successful submission of academic paper to the Applied Physics Letters Journal.
