As a project manager at Koury, I have vast knowledge and expertise in working with client requests and needs to ensure smooth projects from contracting to close-out. I maintain client satisfaction for high-profile projects. The array of projects I work on include, but not limited to: education, municipalities, apartments, hospitality, tilt-ups, high-rise buildings and parking structures. I collaborate as part of the team to solve the day to day tasks for the various entities internally within Koury and the project team. Some of my responsibilities entail project set-up, contracts, change orders, tracking budgets, quality control on invoices, and client and job site visits. I also support Koury with data entry, proposals, project close-out, and minor business development.

I managed schedules, compliance in office systems and procedures, organized filing systems that included database entries resulting in easy access to critical information. Assisted in training new representatives and assistants on all office and administrative operations. Responsible for agent’s internal and external contract licensing, continuing education and internal firm requirements. Performed general office duties such as service new and existing clients.
