As the Leasing Manager in charge of 290 apartment units, my primary responsibility was to oversee and manage the leasing process for the apartment complex. My core responsibilities included ensuring that occupancy rates were high and tenant satisfaction with their living experience.Some of my duties included:marketing and advertising vacancies to attract potential renters, screening potential tenants and conducting background checks, giving tours of the property to prospective renters, drafting and executing leasing agreements, addressing tenant complaints and resolving conflicts, keeping accurate records and reports of occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
