Working in a team of four and reporting to the Financial Controller, my role was to ensure the smooth running of the Finance function.• Daily posting of all bank payments, multi-currency transactions, reconciliation• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable: full responsibility for all aspects of both roles• Credit Control: Contact overdue accounts via email, telephone and letter• Credit Cards: Updating, filing & processing receipts, monthly statement reconciliation• E-Commerce: weekly analysis of worldwide online sales• Ensure all relevant invoices are processed and collated for fortnightly payment run• Stock Taking: Conduct weekly and month end stock take procedure• Fixed assets register monthly update• Weekly and monthly internal management reporting along with HMRC Intrastat• Pricing: Liaise with sales, packaging and brew team to collate information for beer pricing• Full responsibility for all finance-related emails & telephone calls
