• In support of Genworth’s US Mortgage Insurance Business and their senior leadership team, I was responsible for:
• Analysis of mortgage insurance competitors including changes in their strategy, portfolio characteristics, and elements of their financial statements via websites, SEC filings, trade journals, an analyst reports.
• Preparation & presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual products to senior leadership regarding the actions of mortgage insurance competitors.
• Lead/Contribute to special projects and cross-functional teams (strategy, risk, commercial) while providing the perspective from a competitive landscape view as it relates to strategic issues facing the business on.
• Provide support to all levels of management with regards to questions, analysis, and guidance on competitive, economic, and market data.
• Designed and implemented new data reporting models, as well as a new enterprise intranet site to provide sales team and management competitive analysis.
