Delivering quality care services to people with disabilities and older people by undertaking personal care and home care tasks in accordance with client's individual care plans to support their independency in remaining in their own homes.

Provide note-taking services for students as part of disability support services.

Support a variety of staff with PPE practices to maintain adequate safety on the COVID ward.

Host mentoring sessions to team managers to track their operational and leadership progress and provide people management advice. Establish and maintain culture by hosting various bonding events. Point of contact for dispute resolution.

Lead a team including setting KPIs, delegating tasks, ensuring growth and development in each member while maintaining team standards and efficiency. Work with management board to strengthen local committee culture and leadership skills. Support members in mentoring their own leadership participant groups and performing tasks such as cold calls, weekly stall pitching etc.

Planned and hosted fortnightly cross-cultural workshops with our International Partners to increase cross-cultural and diversity awareness of our participants, thus developed strong team working and presentation skills. Developed communication skills through performing daily cold calls supported participants in their development throughout the semester.

Delivered high standards of customer service during fast-paced operations. Trained new members and worked efficiently with coworkers as a team. Mastered point-of-service (POS) computer system for automated order taking with speed and accuracy. Developed adaptability and fast problem solving skills from dealing with daily customer complaints and unprecedented situations.
