I am an instrumentalist (drummer, electric guitarist, and bassist) for ministries in the DFW and East Texas area. - Accomplish, delegate, and resolve all maintenance ticket requests to properly maintain campus facilities.- Perform and delegate routine repair work and general repairs that do not require a specialized techniciansuch as drywall repair, painting, and other building fixtures.- Communicate with building and maintenance vendors in partnership with Gateway PropertyManagement and follow through with tracking progress until completion.- Ensure the team is maintaining all logs and record keeping that adhere to policy and procedures.- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Building & Security to coordinate room layouts, and set-ups, includingfurniture/equipment, and other duties for university events.- Supervise all tasks performed by Building Attendants and vendors to ensure all tasks are completed touniversity standard.- Cleaning and assisting with facility upkeep, including disposal of all waste, recycling, and debris removedfrom the building(s) daily.- Perform light pest control around campus buildings and facilities, including preventative pest control toensure the campus remains pest-free.- Maintain equipment of facilities and ensure they are in proper working condition by coordinatingpreventable maintenance and/ or deferred maintenance audits.- Support the schedule and adjust the HVAC system to support air quality throughout the University forevents and working hours.- Order maintenance and custodial supplies and materials as needed for repairs and maintenance.- Manage the use and maintenance of the university van.- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Monitor buildings for leaks or other maintenance issues that can be corrected/fixed without a required license- Report all maintenance issues outside of scope to oversight for building for assessment of Gateway Church- Execute tasks assigned by oversight in a timely and professional manner- Check EMS (Event Management System) daily report for event setups; execute room layout and set-ups, including furniture/equipment, and other duties related to events promptly with excellence- Assist with the housekeeping and provide floor care as needed- Communicate all issues with events/departments or emergencies to oversight-Monitor areas during wet and/or icy weather and act to reduce slipping accidents- Assist with maintaining a clean building- Install banners and other materials as needed per Operations- Assist front desk with deliveries- Ensure security of the facilities by locking and unlocking doors- Ensure all waste, recycling, and debris are picked up and removed from the building(s)

I served as a primary drummer, backup electric guitarist, and bass guitarist on Sundays. A couple of times my job was to be the Music Director and play electric guitar. It was a privilege to serve with professional, semi-professional, and many other well-seasoned musicians and pastors in the Joseph Prince Ministry and Grace Revolution Network. One of my favorite memories was being a part of a new song release that went across the world from America to Singapore on YouTube.

The clients range from beginners to someone coming in to receive help with an event they are playing for, or a music album to be produced. I also do Skype, FaceTime, and Zoom lessons when convenient for the client.

I was a guitar and drum instructor for the Music Academy side of the business. The age range of clients ranged from kids to adults.

I assisted with the cash register, swept the floor, cleaned restrooms, helped with stocking shelves, organized the back stock room during the holiday season, grabbed trash, and kept shopping carts organized.
