• Developed common hardware visual aid as solution to Corrective Action Request (CAR). Sequentially presented aid to Quality Engineers for approval and supplied aid to mechanics. • Assisted Quality Engineers to document defects and enforce inspection of parts that may be impact by defects with a Material Verification Log (MVL). • Supported Quality Engineers in investigating defects and determining if the defect is actually a defect.

• Helped Quality Engineers write documentation for parts that came from vendors with defects and documenting those and what needs to be corrected.• Documented mistakes made by our own mechanics and why it happened (beyond human error) and what we can do to prevent that mistake from happening in again in the future while following up with that plan. • Created NCR's (Non-Conformity Report) to issue containment of a part if we find that multiple parts come from vendors with defects so that they don’t make it to aircraft and become a flight risk. • Created a housekeeping training since DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) continuously found problems with housekeeping and presented this to managers across the Amarillo plant.
