Novosadska biciklistička inicijativa (NSCI) is a local NGO that promotes riding a bike as the primary means of transport in the city. We have been working since 2011, and during that time the number of cyclists rose from 2% to 12% of Novi Sad citizens! As a project coordinator, I work on different projects, mainly in cycling promotion directed to citizens, such as "Cycling breakfast", "Ride in cinema", "Vožnjica"... Other members of NSCI address their activities towards public advocacy efforts, and these two types of activities lead to successful change in society.

We made a discount program for cyclist in Novi Sad - with just one card they have discounts at several cycling stores, theaters, cafes, restaurants, hostels, bookstores...

Project coordinator of a project called "Public advocacy for young people". We organized several workshops with pupils and students in Novi Sad, Serbia in order to teach them how to resolve problems that surround them.

I was working on three projects: Idea Lab, Balkan STEMification (100 Razloga za Nauku) and Researchers' Night that are all about promoting science. I was working as idea and content maker.

I was a project coordinator and needed to motivate a group of fifteen students to work all year long without any money. And we successfully ended the project! In that year I learned how to work with people that have different personalities, wishes and motivation activators.
