Jasneet Gogna is the Managing Partner of Condoville Real Estate and Co-Founder of Condoville Developments. Over the last two years, Jasneet has played an integral role in the expansion of Condoville Group into USA specifically the Florida market. In 2023, Jasneet looks to manage over $350M in pre-construction inventory in Canada $50M of pre-construction inventory in Central Florida near Disney and open Condoville Group's first American office in Miami, Florida. In Spring 2023, Jasneet and her real estate team will be opening a second office in Toronto, Ontario to showcase future developments that represent over $1B of real estate to built over the next 5 years. Jasneet entered the real estate industry in 2009 as an executive administrator for a franchised brokerage that employed more than 500 sales representatives. The majority of tasks involved executing administrative duties for the sales team as well as ensuring all paperwork would abide by RECO regulations. Within a few years, Jasneet became an integral leader to the executive team. In addition to managing three employees, she was responsible for implementing the systems and processes related to the sales team. By 2016, Jasneet and her husband, Shaminder Gogna, opened Condoville Group. In 2019, Jasneet obtained her real estate licence through Humber College and became Managing Partner of Condoville Real Estate in 2020. A year later in 2021, Jasneet expanded the scope of services for Condoville Group by co-founding Condoville Developments (CVD). CVD offers services to maximize new development project potential. With over 3 decades of collective new development experience, Jasneet and her associates offer consulting services specific to the pre-construction stage of real estate i.e. design concept, feasibility study, land value analysis and much more.
