Due to the results achieved and my entrepreneurial spirit, I was invited to become a partner in Locus. I was responsible for the operational of the company, working closely with the CEO.During these years we closed deals with large companies such as Linx, Americanas, Leroy Merlin, Renner, TIM, among others.In the same period, a client came to us with a challenging project: to develop a sports betting system. A totally new market for us.I became responsible for this mission and dove headfirst into the market. What was supposed to be 5 months of project became 5 years of partnership.Responsibilities:- Define the product vision, goals and strategies to achieve them as well as communicate internally and externally;- Drive product development from concept to launch, negotiating, prioritizing and disseminating lean and agile thinking;- Understand customers through research, data analysis, interviews and usability testing;- Build and lead the Engineering (evolution, maintenance and devops), Design and Customer Service teams, and work directly with the Marketing, Operations and Acquisition teams;- Define and track metrics;- Find new opportunities for the product, with customer feedbacks, data analysis and market analysis, studying competitors and attending events;- Find and negotiate with partners, national and international;- Disseminate and align the team with Locus' culture;- Participate in all strategic level decisions of Locus;- Manage the Locus budget;Achievements:- Regularization of the operation, with company opening and licenses in Malta and Curaçao;- The brand became a national reference in the sector;- Annual turnover, from R$2 million to R$100 million;- Number of employees, from 500 to 3,500;- Reduction in more than 60% the chances of financial losses;- More than 1 million visits per month;- Signed sponsorships with great soccer teams in Brazil;

Locus was experiencing many problems of delegating activities and meeting deadlines. Even acting as a designer, I got the problem and took a Scrum Master course to improve on this point.After the implementation of Scrum in the company and visible improvement of productivity and quality of deliveries in the first weeks, I was transferred to the position of Scrum Master but with several other duties of a manager, since the projects at that time were selected by some bids and we received financial support from some institutions.Responsibilities:- Implement and train the team in the Scrum methodology, with workshops;- Support teams in the transition from traditional mindset to agile mindset;- Act in support of teams, removing impediments and facilitating ceremonies;- Create and monitor team metrics;- Guide the team to self-organize;- Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution;- Create project status reports for accountability;- Create follow-up presentations for the institutions involved;- Keep the roadmap of the projects updated;- Manage the entire budget of projects, incomes and outcomes;

In this period I worked on the design and development of two softwares: e.coop and e.lac.e.coop:Specialist system for the management of cooperatives, with a focus on efficiency and transparency of information for cooperative members. The software ensures increased management capacity of cooperative members without increasing the administrative staff, in addition to an ERP that integrates all processes and sectors.e.lac:With a unique focus on the industry, e.lac is able to track and reduce costs in the operation of dairies and cheese makers by applying business intelligence and advanced mathematical analysis. The system indicates the best decision making based on the physical-chemical properties of the milk, associating to the production results, ensuring quality in the product and better economic results.Responsibilities:- Understand the problem that will be solved by the solution;- Research and compare similar solutions available in the market;- Define the visual identity of the products;- Conduct research and interviews with users and stakeholders of the solution;- Design interfaces for web and mobile systems, with systemic visuals that positively impact the user experience;- Align with the development team solutions that have better ROI;- Assist in the implementation of the system in each customer.

I was part of the first team formed for the inauguration of the BlackBerry Tech Center Recife.BlackBerry Tech Centers are part of a global project whereby students and teachers are trained to become experts in mobile development technologies, in addition to developing projects for different countries around the world.The BlackBerry Tech Center Recife's mission is to foster the innovative spirit and entrepreneurship, combining the state of the art of methods that promote creativity with reliable software development processes, such as Agile Methodologies, Lean Startup and Design Thinking.Responsibilities:- Work together with the multidisciplinary team in the creation of digital solutions;- Translate complex scenarios into simple and friendly interfaces, through the creation of prototypes, wireframes and navigation flows;- Perform approaches from discovery to ideation, prototyping, testing and interaction;- Identify new opportunities and market trends;- Define and continuously improve the company's UX/UI design process.

Buy clothes online without fear of making a mistake!During a college course, popularly called Big Project, Great on Me was created: a tool to assist consumers in the act of buying clothes on the internet, recommending the appropriate size for the desired piece.
