I am working as director in PwC consulting Norway and I love to work with public sector institutions shaping a better tomorrow. My educational background is from political science and international relations, and I have 20 years’ experience working in Ministry of Foreign Affairs, private sector and the UN. In PwC I'm working with public sector institutions going through large and small change process. I have been leading strategy processes, transformation processes and smaller improvements in sections and departments. I have a broad background working with international policy processes and result-based frameworks within international development and sustainable urbanization, public sector development, methods and models for stakeholder participation in political processes, and social entrepreneurship. Through the years, I have developed a good understanding of how big and complex organizations and systems work and can change, and has an extensive background working in a multicultural and multilingual environment. I've been the co-author or co-editor of several policy- and research publications on development issues.
