Currently:Director of Partner Enablement within Viasat's Software & Platforms group.I lead a number of Cross Functional Product Development Teams. Our mission, is to provide engaging Partner Solutions across our variety of business segments. We strive to incorporate the latest advancement in technology, with the goal of improving our operational efficiency, our go to market timelines and providing captivating user experiences that removing barriers and impediments from the user journey. We've successfully unified 9 separate applications into One single mobile application that manages the complete lifecycle of a technician's journey, from Work Order acceptance, to Provisioning to Aftercare. By focusing on the user journey, and streamlining the solution, we identified new features that could be added to the application, reducing failed installations and support calls, while enabling ancillary revenue generation through our add-on sales component. This application broke down legacy barriers and inefficiencies in the business processes, enabling it to become the single global application for both Retail & Wholesale solutions.Manage a diverse team of 46 members, that are distributed across EMEA & North America. The team delivers high-quality Products are Services to support our expanding Satellite broadband business, with an emphasis on captivating User Experiences and engaging UI's.
