Recently served as a Broker Operations and Retail Activation Manager at Amy's Kitchen, a leading natural and organic food company, with 17+ years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. I have a BS in Biochemistry, which gives me a solid understanding of the science and quality behind most food-based products. My core competencies include sales target management, sales leadership, broker operations, retail activation, and TPM and CRM programs.In my latest role, I managed retail sales strategy execution through direct reports and broker reps for accounts such as Allegiance, INFRA, NCG, Fresh Thyme, The Fresh Market, MOMS, Earth Fare, Dierbergs, King Kullen, Fareway and Distributor relations at UNFI, KeHE, Aramark, Sysco, and 6 NYC Korean Distributors. I created and executed a new sales channel strategy by partnering with the nation's top brokers and distributors. I have established a rigorous selection and evaluation process for the brokers, based on their capabilities, performance, and alignment with Amy's Kitchen's brand and mission. I have also optimized sales operations and analytics by using various TPM and CRM programs, such as TurnLink and Exceedra. Through my innovative and strategic approach, I have enabled Amy's Kitchen to expand its market presence and customer base, and increase its sales revenue and profitability. My goal is to continue to drive retail sales growth for Amy's Kitchen, while staying true to its values of making delicious, healthy, and organic food for everyone.
