• Creating full agreements between publishers and sub-publishers including all applicable works• Forging relationships with every major label and smaller labels by obtaining up to date information to better serve their needs, these include: Universal, EMI, Sony, Warner and several others• Liaising with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC to ensure publisher’s catalogue is accurate

• Assuming responsibility for all NLMP’s and continuing to perform extensive research to ensure royalties are paid correctly and in a timely manner• Reduced a backlog of several months to where NLMP’s were processed the day after

• Processing online and paper NLMP’s and performing extensive research on venues, tariffs and setlists to ensure royalties are paid out in a timely and accurate manner• Developing guidelines for new project of investigating backlog of unidentified concert works and verifying these works to distribute royalties in the six figure range • Successfully completed year end, week-long project to distribute royalties for music at sporting events across Canada and distributing royalties of over $750,000.00

• Thoroughly and effectively researched, identified, and verified registered and unregistered music works to ensure the copyright holders were accurately compensated. This included determining the correct share breakdown for each work, ensuring that the correct participants of the work were being compensated, clean up of duplicate works and accurately inputting other essential data into the payable work• Meticulously researching SOCAN databases as well as CIS-Net, ASCAP, BMI, PRS and other sources to make sure information is accurate and duplicates are merged to reflect all member requests• Creating, modifying or terminating agreements to reflect up to date information submitted by members, while forging relationships with contacts at Sony, Universal, Kobalt, Warner and other publishing organizations
