- Built services to facilitate the provisioning of Australia's first true IPTV offering; FetchTV. This project not only required wrapping FetchTV web services; I assisted in co-developing the API based on iiNet's business requirements.- Consolidated 2 billing systems by generating services using BusinessWorks and EMS- Developed a range of other services intrinsic of a Telecommunications company buy-out; Email provisioning service, Webspace provisioning service, PDF generation service for member correspondence, among others.

- Maintained the first TIBCO project built by Westnet, which was a gateway service into Telstra's DSL provisioning system.- Co-developed a BusinessWorks project which was a gateway into iiNet's DSL provisioning. This allowed Westnet to resell iiNet DSL prior to the iiNet Westnet buy-out. This utilised BusinessWorks, EMS and TIBCO's ActiveDatabase Adapter.- Maintained a Credit Checking system which utilised services provided by a 3rd party to perform credit checks before signing up customers.- Developed a mobile number registry system to provide Telstra with a list of contacts for their Integrated Public Names Database (IPND). This is used for emergency contact details.
