Over the past several years in the Biotech Industry, I've led a precision medicine startup as CEO of PGxCare and consulted for biotech companies such as Kate Tx, Radar Tx, and Kymera Tx, building an understanding of raising capital, developing partnerships, and defining strategy (specifically indication development). I have also had a few investment analyst roles at BVF, Longitude Capital, and Samsara Biocapital, where I've gained a deep understanding of the industry’s diverse practices and started to build a few investing theses of my own. These experiences have provided me with invaluable insights into biotech's evolving landscape.Currently, as a Stanford University undergraduate, I'm pioneering a major in Computational Neurobiology. This self-designed major bridges the gap between the ML/AI revolution in biology and the pressing challenges in neurodegenerative diseases. My academic journey intertwines with my professional experiences at Samsara Biocapital, where I worked in company creation ideation for Alzheimer's, and UCSF Sirota Lab, where I analyzed single-cell RNA sequencing of Alzheimer's mouse models.While one of my focuses is neurodegenerative diseases, my passion extends to tackling any medical condition with a significant unmet need. I also maintain an open approach to various therapeutic mechanisms. Finally, if I could wave a wand to launch the biotech industry forward, I would wish for better delivery mechanisms for the safe and effective delivery of treatments modulating or harnessing RNA/DNA.I’m always open to discussing potential investing or operational opportunities that align with my expertise.
